This Privacy Statement discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of New Directions Behavioral Health, LLC, in connection with www.ndbh.com and all other Web sites owned and operated by New Directions.

Collection of Personal Information from Site

New Directions may collect and/or track:

  1. Home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, files downloaded, search engine used, operating system, and type of Web browser of visitors to the Web site of New Directions
  2. E-mail addresses of visitors that communicate with New Directions via e-mail

Opt-Out Right

Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
